International Court of Justice orders Russia to halt invasion. Biden: “Putin is a war criminal”

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ordered Russia to cease military actions in Ukraine immediately, saying it is “profoundly concerned” by Moscow’s use of force.

“The Russian Federation shall immediately suspend the military operations that it commenced on Feb 24, 2022 on the territory of Ukraine,” judges at the United Nations’ highest court said in a 13-2 decision. The judges added that Russia must also ensure that other forces under its control or supported by Moscow should not continue the military operation. Russia and China voted again the decision and surely president Putin’s won’t stopped the invasion and the cruelties.

Soon after the decision in a tough speech directed to allies USA’s president Joe Biden said: “Putin is a war criminal” referring to the air strike on the “Drama Theater” and “the Neptune” swimming pool. According to official informations hundreds and hundreds Mariupol residents were hiding in the Drama Theater. Their fate is still unknown.

After Biden statement Russia anger grows: “These words are unforgivable” a Kremlin’s spokesman states soon after 9pm.
